Which link to use
- Your digital menu: the most common use. If dishes change, update the menu on the web and the QR keeps working.
- Google reviews: the "Ask for reviews" link from your Business Profile.
- Instagram or your Wi-Fi (the generator has a Wi-Fi tab).
Size and colors
80–100 mm: a normal coaster size and plenty for the code to read from a chair. High-contrast colors (black and white, or your brand color if it's very dark on a light base) and a matte finish.
Material: mind the heat
PLA softens around 55–60 °C, so a freshly made coffee can mark it. For hot drinks PETG is better: it handles more heat and cleans more easily. For cold drinks and beer, PLA is fine.
The raised code collects dirt in the gaps. Wipe it with a damp cloth; don't put it in the dishwasher (the heat warps the plastic).
